These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Coating House website and, where applicable, the Coating House mobile application (“App”) on Google Play. By using the site or App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Coating House is provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time.
You must comply with Google Play’s terms and any age requirements that apply in your region. If the App allows account creation, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the App or its servers, reverse engineer the App except where applicable law allows, or use the App in violation of law or third-party rights.
The App, its branding, and its content (except user content you provide) are owned by Coating House or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights; you receive a limited, revocable license to use the App as intended.
If you submit content through the App, you represent that you have the rights to do so and grant us the license reasonably needed to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App may link to or integrate third-party services (for example payment or analytics providers). Those services have their own terms; we are not responsible for them.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coating House and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims arising from the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim or (b) zero if the App is free.
You agree to defend and indemnify Coating House and its operators against claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated version in the App or on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we stop offering the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence or the country where the operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your region apply.
